Now Hiring - Ag Equipment Salesperson - Indianola in Indianola, IA

We are looking for a motivated individual with an Ag background, who is familiar with farm equipment and their operation, to sell new and used Ag equipment and attachments.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and identify potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote products or services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements:
- Strong math skills to calculate pricing, discounts, and commissions
- Excellent organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales documentation
- Knowledge of retail math concepts for inventory control and pricing strategies
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
